Refund policy

Damages and/or defective products  

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, which can happen on occasion. If this happens with your order, send us photos of the damage and a written description to hello@agefriendlyvibes.com. We will replace the items as soon as possible. We cannot send you a different product as a replacement. 

Shipping errors

If you receive an item in error, please contact us at hello@agefriendlyvibes.com and let us know. Depending on the mixup, we may ask you to send the item back (we'll cover shipping), or we may simply send you the correct item. In any case, we'll make sure to correct the mistake as soon as possible. 

If you did not purchase the item on our website, please contact the retail store where you made your purchase. 

All other online sales are final.
